Andrea Ager: In the NPFL the way we test our max lifts with a LADDER where we have 7 minutes to get 4 women and 4 men through with as much weight /as many bars as possible. You can skip bars, start at different spots, this was a “ground to overhead” ladder. I hurried through 105, 120, 135 & 150 and then my coach had me sprint through the finish line so my next teammate could start.

n case you don’t follow hookgrip or Lauren Fisher (all 4 of you) on Instagram, here is a video with Lauren Fisher’s (-63kg) three snatches (75kg, 79kg and 79kg) at the 2014 Junior Worlds in Kazan, Russia. The snatch isn’t her strength but it is an area of focus for her and her coach CJ Martin at CrossFit Invictus in San Diego, CA. She made a fantastic 110kg/242.5lb PR C&J about an hour after this and she’s headed to the CrossFit Games as an individual athlete in a few weeks. Check out her facebook page at Lauren Fisher.
